New Super Mario Bros. Wii/Hint Movies

Hint Movies are videos that have been made by the creators of the game to give you some guidance through certain situations should you get stuck. They cover Secret Goals, hard to reach Star Coins, places where multiple 1-Ups can be earned and even ways to skillfully clear a level while performing incredible stunts.

Hint Movies can be viewed in World 1 by going to Princess Peach's Castle. There are 65 Hint Movies in total.

How to unlock

• Reach the normal goal in every level.
• Find all secret goals in levels which have them.
• Use all of the cannons the secret goals unlock (so the icon in front of them is blue instead of blinking red).
• Collect all three Star Coins in each level (231 total).

Each Hint Movie listed below tells you how to unlock it, so if you don't have it yet, use that to find out what you have missed. You can use this list to help you identify what you need for 100% completion of the game.

01	World 1-1	Super Skills	3	Start a new game.	Mario races through the level and uses a Koopa to earn some lives, then continues to collect all of the Star Coins.
02	World 1-1	Infinite 1-Ups	5	Find every normal goal in Worlds 1 through 9.	Mario uses two Koopas and two green pipes near each other to cleverly wall jump and bounce continuously off the Koopas for some extra lives.
03	World 1-2	Infinite 1-Ups	3	Collect 5 Star Coins.	Using a Star hidden in a Brick Block, Mario runs down plenty of enemies for some bonus lives.
04	World 1-3	Secret Goal	3	Find every normal goal in Worlds 1 through 8.	Mario uses Yoshi to reach a secret area off the top of the screen. This leads to a Red Finish Flag.
05	World 1-3	Super Skills	5	Complete the World 1 Castle.	Mario and the Toads race through a level and use Yoshis to repeatedly eat Luigi and spit him on to enemies. Luigi ends up with a lot of extra lives.
