Below are the descriptions for the majority of enemies that you will encounter throughout the game. Although they do not represent every enemy in the game, these are the ones you will find in more than just one stage.

Masked Brawler Tonfa Wielder

Brawlers are the most basic enemy type that you will face throughout the game. They wear hockey masks, and attack with fierce punches and kicks. Keep them at bay and don't let two of them surround you from either side.

The tonfa wielding attackers enjoy cracking opponents over the head with their solid wooden weapons. They team up with other enemies to pin you in and beat you down.
Wrestler Log Swinger

Dressed like a professional wrestler, these enemies will use a variety of mixed martial arts attacks to put an end to your journey. They quite frequently appear from the left side of the screen, sometimes in large groups.

It takes a giant brute like this to be able to lift a log and swing it around in combat. If they swing their log and connect with you, you are guaranteed to go flying. Avoid that fate anyway you can by moving up or down away from them before they have a chance to attack.
Ninjas Kabuki Warrior

Ninjas frequently appear when you are walking along narrow pipes and ledges, as few other enemies can match your agility in this domain. The ninjas you encounter on these ledges tend to be fairly weak, although the group that appear later in the game are no pushovers.

Unlike Ninjas, these Kabuki Warriors only appear on pipes and narrow ledges. They attack with a large blade attached to a pole called a naginata. While they seemingly can't use the weapon to attack enemies above them, they can reach down to attack enemies below them.
Bikers

Bikers appear from time to time in particular sections of certain stages. They race from one end of the screen to another, hoping to run over or clothesline anyone who gets in their way. A simple kick is enough to knock them off their bikes and end their meddling, but they are also highly susceptible to a Flying Neck Throw attack.

Bosses[edit]

Sumo Wrestler Twin Giants

The first sumo wrestler that you encounter busts his way through a bar door before attacking you. He attempts to get close enough to grab you and toss you away like a rag doll. Later on in the game, you will encounter a pair of them which must be defeated in order to advance to the next stage.

Unlike the sumo wrestler, you will always encounter these giants as a pair. And they have a lot of practice teaming up against foes like you. If one of them gets their hands on you, he will send you flying into his brothers arms, where you will be flipped into the air. Keep these two separated and whittle them down little by little, by moving up and down to keep them off guard. You must face these twins no less than three times before you complete the game.
Claw Trio

The last type of boss you will encounter first presents itself to you as a very tall man wrapped in a cloak. It will soon reveal itself to be three short men standing on each others' shoulders. Once they drop down, they will attempt to gang up against you with their clawed hands. These enemies are particularly nefarious; as you are hitting them, they are likely to flip backwards to escape your attacks, and then launch themselves forward to strike back. When you see this happen, immediately move up or down to avoid the attack.
