Numan Athletics is a sports arcade game that was released by Namco in 1993; it runs on their NA-1 hardware, and the players must use three buttons to take control of four mutants known as "Numans" in what could be described as a Namco equivalent of Konami's Hyper Olympic trilogy. There's Sharon Areru (from France), Harry Boffin (from the United States), Masaemon (from Japan) and Bongo (from Kenya) - and the first one is the only female, while the third and fourth ones do not have surnames. A sequel to the title named Mach Breakers: Numan Athletics 2 was released in 1994, but only in Japan.
