Before this event, you shall be treated to a short cutscene featuring Sharon, which explains that you will have to press the buttons to fire at the monsters (first for those upon the left, second for those in the centre, and third for those upon the right); the text "HINT: Shoot a monster quickly!" will then appear.
Another equivalent of the Firing Ranges, from Konami's Combat School, this event will open with your Numan upon the edge of an iceberg in Antarctica; once the text "READY!" appears on the screen, you will have to press the buttons, to try and kill as many monsters as you can, as they emerge from the water (first for ones on the left, second for ones in the centre, and third for ones on the right). You shall receive between 1000 and 5000 points, for every monster you kill (depending on how long it took you to kill them) - and once you've killed ten monsters, the text "FINAL!" will appear above the "READY!" text which indicates that it will be the last monster. Once you have killed off this eleventh (and final) monster, your Numan will, yet again, show off for the crowd as confetti rains down on him (or her, in the case of Sharon) for a second time, if you scored over 22000 points; yet again, you will not only qualify for the next event, but that text "CONGRATULATIONS! IT'S A NEW RECORD! ENGRAVE YOUR NAME ON HISTORY!" will also appear on the screen. You'll then have thirty seconds to enter your initials, by using the first and third buttons to select the letters, then pressing the second one to confirm your choice - and if there is only one player, the game will proceed on to the next event, Vs. Express in Japan, but if there are two, three or four players, it will proceed to a second, third, or fourth Numan Sniper event before doing so. In the next event, your Numan's attempts may also get invalidated by "faults".
