This is the final case in the game, opened when you return the massive light to Anne-Claire to close Case 2: The Game Is Afoot

- Defeat a mime of great power, and capture his soul.
- Return the Dark Mime Priest's soul to Anne-Claire.
- Search for something hi-tech.
- Return the vacuum tube to Anne-Claire.
- Search for something potent and pure.
- Return the Ultra Urine to Anne-Claire.
- Destroy the Silent One.
Walkthrough[edit]
The mime of great power that the first objective refers to is The Silent Pope, at the orange tree on Desperation St. Defeat him in battle and your character will steal his soul using the device Anne-Claire has given you for that purpose.
The hi-tech item you need for Tycho's gun upgrade is a vacuum tube, taken from the interior of the Madame Zodora machine once you've closed the Case 10: The Mistress Mysterious case.
Finally, the potent and pure substance required to upgrade Gabe's fists is the Ultra Urine you received from Dr. Ernald P. Whimple once the Case 6: The Nobel Pee Prize case was closed.
Bring all three items back to Anne-Claire and she'll upgrade your weapons to their final forms. They're now all devastatingly powerful against regular enemies, so now's a good time to hunt down the remaining Machine Parts you're missing - your weapons can still receive regular upgrades to increase their attack power, and there is an achievement/trophy for collecting them all.
The final boss is at the farther part of the Pelican Bay boardwalk, to the right of the Balls and Holes game. You'll need to break down The Cataract barrier here if you haven't already; the final fortune you got from the Madame Zodora machine has a spell on it that will open the way.
Follow the boardwalk around and fight the enemies here - there are two waves, but one of them will present much of a problem with your new improved weapons. When they're defeated, you'll be given the option to save before the final boss. Once you've saved, you can either go straight up to The Silent One and engage it, or run away to stock up on items for the battle.
