Opoona/Rogues

Your main job results in learning and mastering battling techniques by yourself and with party members to fight evil rogues. It is not as intense as Baten Katios but it will keep you busy. This is more of a very detailed rogue list and rogue location list than a "how to fight rogues" guide.

If you are looking for a certain rogue in a certain area and it is not appearing, then just keep battling in different spots of the area and it should appear. Note that the places listed below do not entail the entire areas available in the game, but just the areas that will have rogues you can battle.

Partizians

Your Partizian friends won’t really help a lot, so make sure you are strong. They open the ring tunnels for you and give you a few points in what they are high at. You usually get +1 to +3 points for each friend as you get to them, and if you are lucky, you could get up to +5. These points add to Opoona, Copoona, and Poleena’s max amounts. So if you got +1 FP then everyone’s FP maximum amount would go up by 1 point. Also, don’t worry about your friends, they do not die in the end.

Ranger Job Rank (Bravo Rogues)

You will be fighting rogues on floors/manufacturing, most on conveyor belts. Most of the Bravo job is against repeated rogues so just complete the job assignment to move onto the Shine job assignment. The new rogue gotten by the Bravo job assignment is Radio-ga-ga. If you are lucky you will also get: Samarai Blade, Evil Four, Max Kleargen, Glassman, Chemibrown. These don’t always show up but you can get them later in other areas.

Dark Burrows is a maze, so the “tunnels (ring paths)”, “splits”, and Partizian’s cave path directions (exits) have been numbered. Follow the directions so you don't get lost. You choose seven Partizians here. You can choose anyone, but here is a suggesting listing:

Dark Burrows is also not labeled well so as to get you lost. So every “place” pops up as “Dark Burrows” and that is why it is listed so many times. Just realize that every “Dark Burrows” is another separate place and not a repeat of the same place.

Don’t get lost here. When on path looking around, notice that the cave holes have different colored rings in front of them: Nikita’s will look like pulsing blue rings with some pink color. The right path split looks like three silver rings, and leads to a dead end path. The left path split looks like bone rings and leads to Mishell.

These are rogues that you will fight but will not end up in your rogue list:

• Rogues: Foggy (Aizel), Dark Shell Bonbons and Dark Crystal Glass Bonbon (Babuscha)

To beat Aizel, use the Sonic Attack core (so it won’t get stuck in Foggy). Defeat Foggy and then defeat Aizel.

To beat Babuscha, Sonic Attack core works well again, but try to hit the crystal ball and dark parts of the shell bonbons. Defeating the Dark Crystal Glass Bonbon and the Dark Shell Bonbons will defeat her.
