Once the numbers 3, 2, and 1 have appeared on the screen, you shall have to press to raise the kite (seen from Pat's point of view) into the air and collect the first three letters, then release it to lower it and collect the fourth one (however, if you lower it too much, it will fall to the ground); you will then have to raise it into the air again for the next six letters. Once you have collected all ten letters, a growing and shrinking stamp featuring a picture of Pat smiling shall appear in the centre of the screen, with the text "You win!" below it - and the text "Congratulations, you have completed the level!" will then appear on the screen. You shall then proceed to Level 2-C, which involves driving PAT 1 to catch the kite (which has managed to escape Pat's grasp!).
