Bar | George Dan Radish Ron |
Use the Crest | If you try to use the crest before entering the pub a third time, it will do you no good. |
Talk to Ron ×2 | Ron will be aware enough now to know that you are resistance members. He tells you that he found a key to a room in the castle. Since you're on your way there, he gives the key to you.
Main Street | Yam Aspara Squash |
Talk to Squash | He will ask if you're really Farmies |
Use Crest | Squash will realize that you're really resistance members, and he will tell you to explore Pea Street for more information. Alternatively, you can buy juice at the general store and give it to Aspara, or buy bread and give it to Yam, to open access to Pea Street.
Pea Street | E. P. D. R. |
Check the Wanderers | You will see that it is E. P. and D. R. who are waiting by the corner. |
Talk to D.R. | He won't be too interested in talking to you.
Use Crest | Now D. R. will be more interested in speaking with you.
Talk to D. R. | He will tell you that someone dug a passage halfway to the castle, and that you should get more information from the old lady who lives around the corner.
House | Old Lady | Talk to the old lady | Upon learning that you've met the Carrot Hermit, she will be impressed that you've come so far. |
Give Medicine | If you check her, Percy will say she appears ill. Give the medicine to her, and she will recover.
Talk to the old lady ×4 | The old lady will confirm that a passage has indeed been dug to the castle. She will advise you to bring a tool because it's incomplete. Getting further information from her takes from patience, but after talking with her four times, she reveals that when you're in the tunnel, you should travel: Forward, Right, Left, Forward.
Pea Street | E. P. D. R. |
Talk to E.P. | E. P. claims that he can help you, but that it will cost some gold. |
Use all of your gold | Regardless of how much gold you are carrying, E. P. will not provide you with anything until you have emptied your pockets of gold. No matter how much you have, you must give it all to him. In return, he will provide you will a shovel.
Passage entrance | Even though it is dark, you should enter.
Secret passage | Move | Just as the old lady instructed you to do, move Forward, Right, Left, Forward. Percy will not remember the sequence correctly, so ignore his suggestions. If you make one mistake, or interrupt your movements with another command, you will be forced to start over. Exit the passage and return inside to try again.
Use the shovel | If you travel through the passage correctly and use the shovel, a hole will appear at the end of the tunnel, and you can see a door on the other side.
Move forward | You will successfully sneak into the castle. Percy will drop any unnecessary items. |
