You receive 3 Ingredients at start.

You will receive the hamster in Train from Macaroon along with an apple in Chapter 1. Your goal is to train the hamster back in form.

Flower	Puzzle 032	Tree-Lined Path Large Tree	This charming little flower attracts the hamster if he's within three spaces of it, though he likes apples even more.
Tree Stump	Puzzle 034	Tree-Lined Path Large Tree	This tiny stump attracts the hamster if he's within three spaces of it. However, if an apple is also within three spaces, the hamster always goes for the apple instead.
Block	Puzzle 056	Car 3 Door	The hamster isn't interested in these blocks, but they are useful for blocking his path and line of sight. Position them accordingly for maximum effectiveness.
Light Bulb	Puzzle 058	Automatic	When the hamster makes contact with this tiny light bulb, it flashes, causing your hamster friend to dash in the direction he's facing until he runs into something.

Surprise Box/Jack-in-a-Box	Puzzle 063	Antique Shop Dawson	When the hamster draws near, this item bursts open, surprising the hamster and causing him to run back the way he came until he bumps into something.
Sandbox/Sand Pit	Puzzle 096	Photo Studio Joseph	Playing in the sand pit always makes the hamster somersault straight for the pool, ignoring all nearby items. Somersaults don't count towards the step total.
Apple	Puzzle 075	West Street Marina	As the hamster's favourite snack, when he comes within three spaces of it, he will ignore all other items around him and walk straight towards it.
Block	Puzzle 113	North-east Path Hopper	The hamster isn't interested in these blocks, but they are useful for blocking his path and line of sight. Position them accordingly for maximum effectiveness.
Pool	Puzzle 083	Alley Entrance Gertie	After playing in the sand pit, the hamster always somersaults straight towards the nearest pool, no matter what. Somersaults don't count towards the step total.
Light Bulb	Puzzle 102	North-east Path Hopper	When the hamster makes contact with this tiny light bulb, it flashes, causing your hamster friend to dash in the direction he's facing until he runs into something.
Surprise Box/Jack-in-a-Box	Puzzle 103	Station Exit Rory	When the hamster draws near, this item bursts open, surprising the hamster and causing him to run back the way he came until he bumps into something.
Trampoline	Puzzle 099	Grocer's Shop Garland	The trampoline makes the hamster jump forward two spaces and, upon landing, run forward until he hits something. If his jump lands on an item square, the item vanishes.

The pics here is only one of several solution. You can also hold on the training until you've enough toys to give the hamster the 30-step workout in one shot.

Level 5 to 4

This is doable once you got the flower in Chapter 2. Hamster will then once completed the 8-step workout level down from Blobby to Flabby.

Level 4 to 3

Arrange it like this.

This is doable once you got the Light Bulb in Chapter 3. Hamster will then once completed the 14-step workout level down from Flabby to Chubby.

Level 3 to 2

Arrange it like this.

This is doable once you got the Light Bulb in Chapter 3. Hamster will then once completed the 18-step workout level down from Chubby to Chunky.

Level 2 to 1

Arrange it like this.

This is doable once you got the second Pet House in Chapter 4. Hamster will then once completed the 24-step workout level down from Chunky to Sporty.

Level 1 to 0

Arrange it like this.

This is doable once you got the Surprise Box in Chapter 4. Hamster will then once completed the 30-step workout level down from Sporty to Skinny.

Ultimate Workout

After you got the Trampoline in Chapter 6, you can try to give Hamster one workout to reach the maximum steps of 64 (Theoretically 67 should be possible, but it seems there is no solution for it.)

Prize

Once you've trained the hamster to level 0 with the 30-step workout, you'll gain access to the Animal Lover's House which have 3 new Puzzles ready for you.
