Visitors are basically beginners who have no special abilities or whatsoever. Upon arrival in the game, they are used to explore and learn the game until they are ready to advance into one of the four main jobs.
Advancing to the first job[edit]
In order to advance to their first job, the player must travel to the Canyon city of Zant when they reach level 10 and there they must complete a certain quest in order to advance to the job they desire. The four main jobs a Visitor can advance to are: Soldier, Dealer, Muse, and Hawker.
