Controls[edit]

  • Joystick: Use the joystick to guide your vehicle through each maze. You can drive the vehicle in any of the four cardinal directions, but you may not drive diagonally.
  • Turbo: Press and hold the Turbo button to increase the maximum speed of your vehicle. Release it to slow down to a regular cruising speed. Turbo is useful for getting away from enemies, but it makes guiding the vehicle through the mazes more challenging.
  • Item: Press the item button to utilize any items that do not activate automatically. This is primarily used to fire lasers, but it is also used to activate certain power-ups that you receive by special means.

You take the role of Rika Midorikawa, a biker who is on a mission to rescue her brother from the evil Mr. Malt. To do so, you must ride a special vehicle known as The Organizer through a digital landscape of labyrinths. The Organizer is capable of accelerating up to two speeds; a cruising speed and a turbo speed. While you can choose which speed you wish to drive at, you can never choose to stop. Whenever The Organizer hits a wall, it will continue to drive in some available direction, even if you don't specify a direction with the joystick. Therefore, it is very important to guide The Organizer away from danger, and towards the path that will help you clear the labyrinth.

Your vehicle can be outfitted with various forms of protection, including armor and laser guns. But the effects of these items only last for one round; once you proceed to the next round, you lose all of their benefits and start over. If you ever collide with an enemy vehicle, or get caught in a mine explosion, you will lose one life. Once you lose all of your lives, the game will be over but you will be given the opportunity to continue if you deposit more money. On the default settings, an extra life can be earned if you accumulate 80,000 points. The P item tile also awards an extra life, although they are extremely rare.
