Rig Racer 2 uses the mostly realistic style of racing where you drive trucks throughout the courses that takes place in Europe. It has weather effects such as sunshine to heavy rain and even light showers but it's only chosen randomly. There are pit stops that you can repair your truck without paying money. However, if the player damages the truck at the end of the race, they have to pay for the damage. Most of the courses contains how many laps you want to run around the track. There's also a two player mode which your friend can race around the track with you.
