Rolling Crash, full title 2-in-1 Rolling Crash, is a Head On-style arcade game that was released by Nichibutsu in 1979; it utilises an Intel 8080 microprocessor (running at 1.9968 MHz) and differs from the Head On duology in that its maze wraps around in a figure of eight, running into a CPU car while changing lanes is not lethal and just pushes the player car to another lane, and the pellets (the point value for which is three multiplied by the current number of CPU cars, while the highlighted areas of the maze are worth 200 multiplied by that number!) actively slow the player car when collected. The reason for the game's full title is because it also features Nichibutsu's Space Invaders clone, "Moon Base" (which was released as a dedicated cabinet in the previous year) - and after a coin has been inserted into the cabinet it can be selected by pushing the joystick to the right. The gameplay is the same as that of the original Space Invaders, but the designs of the cannon and UFOs are different.
