Walkthrough[edit]
- Description: A ghost is haunting Lumbridge graveyard. The priest of the Lumbridge church of Saradomin wants you to find out how to get rid of it.
- Starting Point: The Church in Lumbridge, near Lumbridge Castle. Inside, talk to the priest.

- Requirements: Capable of killing a level 13 skeleton.

The Restless Ghost is a short, inexpensive, low level quest. You get the quest from Father Aereck who is found in the church across the street from the castle in RuneScape/Places/Lumbridge. Talk to Father Aereck and ask to do the quest. He will tell you that the ghost in his church's graveyard (follow the street south) needs to be removed. He refers you to his friend Father Urnhey, located in the swamps behind Lumbridge Castle, and sends you on your way.

First, follow the road south to the graveyard and talk to the Restless ghost. You will not be able to understand him. This is ok, you will be able to understand him later in the quest.
Next, go around Lumbridge, behind the castle, and then south to find Lumbridge Swamp. In the southeast corner of Lumbridge Swamp is a house which belongs to Father Urnhey. Go inside and talk to him, tell him that Father Aereck told you to talk to him and that he has a ghost he wants removed. Father Urhney will then give you the Amulet of Ghostspeak which will let you talk to the Restless ghost.
- Speaking to the dead
Go back to the Lumbridge graveyard and wear the Amulet of Ghostspeak. Talk to the Restless ghost. If he isn't wandering around the graveyard, he will be inside of a coffin that you can open within a small building. He will confess that he isn't doing well and will be amazed that you can understand him. Get him to tell you what the problem is and he will tell you that he is restless because his skull was stolen by a warlock. Leave the ghost and follow the trail through the swamp southwards almost to the coast. On the south-eastern side of the mining site is a large rock. Right-click and search the rock-if you have room in your inventory the skull will automatically go into it. Be careful, though, for as soon as it does you will be attacked by a level 13 warlock skeleton. Be prepared to run if you are at a low level. Before leaving, though, make sure the skull is in your inventory.
Go back to the graveyard and find the ghost. Talk to the ghost, then open its coffin, and use the skull on it. This will place the skull back into the coffin, freeing the Restless ghost and completing the quest.
