Senran Kagura: Portrait of Girls (閃乱カグラ ~少女達の真影~ Senran Kagura ~Shoujo-tachi no Shin'ei~?) is the first in the Senran Kagura series of games by Tamsoft and Marvelous Inc. (then known as Marvelous Interactive). It tells the story of Hanzo National Academy (国立半蔵学院 Kokuritsu Hanzou Gakuin?) and Hebijo Clandestine Girls' Academy (秘立蛇女子学園 Hiritsu Hebijoushi Gakuen?), schools that both have a secret: they are home to their own groups of shinobi, both good and bad.
