You'll enter the ancient temple and be greeted by a cutscene that shows Kuromori, the Lizard, seemingly trapped in the middle of a colosseum. Once this finishes, head downstairs about four flights until you stand on the second level (the level above the entrance to the pit). Choose a window (and not the broken open sections, you'll need those later) and aim at Kuromori, firing an arrow to grab his attention. Now run! He'll head for the area you shot at him from and attack the spot in his own manner; this is a volley of energy bolts that are very damaging if they hit you and perhaps worse if you remain in the poisonous vapor they produce after impact. Avoid both at all costs.

Once he's on his way towards the window your arrow came from, run to either one of the broken open sections and grab your arrows once again. Aim for the shining portions on his legs. You only have to hit two to make him loose his grip and fall to the floor; however, you'll need to hit both within about 10 seconds of each other. Otherwise, the first leg will light up again and you'll not only need to hit another leg, but Kuromori will know where you are. This is the key to reaching his weakpoints.

Another strategy is to shoot him from a window and hide behind one of the adjacent columns. Once he makes his way over to you, run out and hit both of his forelegs through the window. As long as you get in the first arrow before he shoots at you, his attack will be delayed long enough to aim and fire the second arrow. It is best to choose a window next to one of the destroyed sections of walkway, to minimize the time it takes to jump down into the arena.

Once he falls, he will land on his back, revealing his weak spots. Equip your sword, jump to the arena floor from the broken section (don't worry about your health; this is the fastest way down), and run up his tail to the glowing belly. You have time to get about 2 fully-charged stabs in before he flips back over and you must repeat the process. The second weak spot is a little further up when you've finished off the first. Be careful when he flips over because he'll crush you and take a large chunk of health with it. The best way to avoid is to run to the right when he begins to flip (assuming that the hero is facing Kuromori's head. You need to get away fast before he swipes you with his powerful tail, taking off a lot of health, or before he shoots at you again. Even if you know what you're doing, this battle will take time, but eventually this colossus will fall like all those prior.
