For Revision 8.00 of this game, the names of six rooms were changed; the new names for Rooms 1-2 and 2-2B are also identical, and the new name for Room 1-3A is also the old name of Room 1-2. The new name of Room 2-2C also indicates an upcoming game Total Carnage, that was to be released in July 1991 - but the last arcade title that Williams Electronics would release turned out to be High Impact Football (in December 1990), so Midway Games took over its production, and eventually released it in March 1992. The new names of Rooms 3-10 and 3-11 also do not change regardless of how many keys you have collected during the game, which could lead to a disappointment if you have not actually collected enough to make the bottom exit of that latter room open after clearing it; however, if you go into Room 3-3C or 3-6A for this revision, you should have no trouble collecting the required amount.

Room Old name New name
1-2 "COLLECT POWERUPS!" "COLLECT 10 KEYS!"
1-3A "COLLECT KEYS!" "COLLECT POWERUPS!"
2-2B "MEET MY TWIN" "COLLECT 10 KEYS!"
2-2C "FILM AT 11" "TOTAL CARNAGE 7/91"
3-10 "YOU MAY NOW ENTER KEY ROOM #1!" "YOU ALMOST HAVE ENOUGH KEYS!"
3-11 "YOU MAY NOW ENTER KEY ROOM #2!" "YOU HAVE ENOUGH KEYS!"

So, if you do manage to collect ten or more keys during the game, the bottom exit of Room 3-11 will open after you have cleared it; once the contestants have gone through it, the background's colour palette will start changing several times (if this is your first time: do not worry, it is supposed to do that), as they enter a fourth secret room called "OUTER PLEASURE DOME AREA". The room will now be filled up with ten lots of showgirls, who the contestants will have to collect as many of as they can before they disappear for 250 points apiece - and this room's featured enemies (both colours of Clubbers) will then start entering it from all four sides. Once you have killed them all you will have no choice but to proceed back through the top exit of the room; once you have done it, the screen will go black, and the following text (which gives the show's android host an official name, "Evil MC") will be displayed on it:

MUTOID MAN - TOTALLY DEAD!
SCARFACE - NO EYEBALLS!
DIE COBROS - FANGLESS!
YOU HAVE THE CORRECT KEYS!
YOU ARE AWESOME!
NOW DECAPITATE EVIL MC!

The game shall then proceed to Room 3-12 as normal; however, once you have defeated the newly-officially-named Evil MC (who was also given a new phrase, "I'll buy that for a dollar!", for this revision), the room will be filled with ten lots of prizes for the contestants to collect (as opposed to just five) and the text in the ending sequence will be identical to that for the older revisions (in that it doesn't say you haven't reached the highest level of competition).
