New units[edit]

Swarm host[edit]

This unit will not need burrow upgrade to burrow and once burrowed it attacks its foes nonstop. It is like a ground version of the Brood lord only it spawns locusts instead of broodlings.

Viper[edit]

New spellcaster unit that abduct units, drain the health of a Zerg structure to gain energy and makes a cloud that reduces ranged units attack to 1.

This unit is strong vs Siege tanks, hydralisks and Colossus and weak to any Anti air attackers.

They can attack in only the campaign and does bonus damage to armored air units.

Campaign units[edit]

Overseers and Corruptors won't appear in the campaign.

Lurker[edit]

Does bonus damage to light units and splash damage in a straight line. Must burrow to attack.

Impaler[edit]

Does bonus damage to armored targets. Like Lurkers they must burrow to attack but they don't do splash damage.

Brood Lord[edit]

Creeper[edit]

Carrion[edit]

Corpser[edit]

Vile[edit]

Noxious[edit]

Torrasque[edit]

A special strain of the Ultralisk that revives itself from the dead every time it dies.

Raptor[edit]

This Zergling Strain can scale cliffs like reapers and do extreme damage to enemy targets.

Swarmling[edit]

A Zergling strain that spawns into 3 instead of the regular 2.

Hunter[edit]

Splitter[edit]

This baneling strain can split into multiple smaller banelings upon detonation but the smaller banelings do less damage.

Swarm Queen[edit]

Modified units[edit]

Infestor[edit]

In the Campaign it can permanently mind control any unit. Use its ability to control units on strong enemies like Carriers, immortals, Thors, Siege tanks, Banshees and Battlecruisers.

Hydralisk[edit]

Can be upgraded to move faster off creep.

Mutalisks[edit]

This unit now self heals itself pretty fast while out of battle.
