Cheat codes[edit]
Cheat codes are entered by bringing up the chat window, and typing in the code.

File editing[edit]
To mark campaigns as completed, open shell.set in a hex editor; this file is located in the Armada program directory (or in the virtual file store). Modify the first four byes in the file to 04 03 03 03 03 and the byte with offset 0E to 04.
You can also adjust the difficulty levels by modifying rts_cfg.h with a text edtior. Look for the following two lines:
float EASY_DAMAGE = 0.5;
float HARD_DAMAGE = 2.0;
You can set them to 0.0 to prevent your ships from taking damage. However, they can still be affected by some special attacks and certain nebulas that suppress life support.
