Star Wars: X-Wing - Imperial Pursuit is the first of two expansions for Star Wars: X-Wing, a combat space flight simulation set in the Star Wars universe, also developed by Totally Games and published by LucasArts for DOS and MacOS later in 1993, and then Windows and Linux. Subsequent releases of the original game include both expansions.

Story[edit | edit source]

The first expansion takes place after the destruction of the Empire's Death Star at the end of the previous game and Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope. The player is a Rebel pilot flying operations against the Imperial Fleet in a fourth Tour of Duty, as a furious Emperor Palpatine sends a huge armada to destroy the Rebels.
