Xarga will follow your party until you get to the Perimeter Sensor. You start in a tunnel in the middle of the right side of the map. If you try to go back the way you came, your party leader stops you:

Perimeter Sensor[edit]

The tunnel beyond the bomas turns to your right, toward the left side of the map. A mine field lies between you and the exit:

However, Xarga stops once you pass the third mine:

There's a perimeter sensor ahead, by the bottom wall on your left:

If one of us could get close to it, I know the corporate override code for it. Amateurs shouldn't even bother building security technology. KotORII Icon HK-47.png HK-47: Interjection: That's a primitive security system, meatbag. It scans its immediate vicinity for anything it perceives as a threat. One of its many faults is that it can't detect stealth field generators.

Otherwise:

KotORII Icon Hanharr.png Hanharr: There is a sensor over there. Get too close and it summons others. Stealth can be effective against it, but only with skill. KotORII Icon Mira.png Mira: A type 2 perimeter motion relay? A little out-dated, but it'll do the job. If anything moves within 6 meters of that, then they know they've got visitors. Someone skilled with a stealth field generator can get by it, but that's about it. But if they set off any of those mines, it'll still send the signal.

If one of your party goes beyond the first five mines without Stealth mode active, Bao-Dur does so with or without it (his remote still activates the sensor), or one of the last five mines is detonated, then the sensor starts emitting a high pitched alarm.

For some reason, you can't actually use the detonation pack to destroy the sensor (or anything else). Otherwise:

Activating the sensor also results in the turret and droid power generators in the area being disabled remotely, so you cannot simply turn them off (there is another way, but you may not want to use it anyway, since disabling turrets and droids prevents you from destroying them for experience).

Sith Camp[edit]

The tunnel beyond the Perimeter Sensor emerges from the base of a cliff on the right shore of a large body of water on the left side of the map. A boma roams the shore below you to your left, where you'll also see the turret power generator:

The generator can only be turned off if the perimeter sensor wasn't activated:

Executions for infractions are commonplace here, 50% more than my previous command. There's a blood-thirstiness to the jungle. The beasts here continually assault our mined perimeter. We've had to replace the mine fields four times so far. We received more equipment and more men today. The equipment went straight inside the tomb. As usual, I have no idea what it contained. We're expecting more Sith to arrive any day. They want us to capture one of the beasts for them. No explanation, there never is.

Against what they won't say. A Sith Master said something about a "disturbance in the Force." Well, what does that even mean? How do I prepare for that? From his tone, the threat is serious. We've put a double-shift on monitoring the aerial sensor grid. The only thing that could disrupt our Masters' plans would have to be a drop-ship invasion from the Onderon military. We will be prepared. The Sith said soon we'll have reinforcements. When I asked for details, he said it was a 'surprise.' I hate the ones with a sense of humor. Sith jokes are rarely pleasant.

Running the "Foothold" scenario makes it easier to approach the ancient tomb as it turns active heavy defense turrets and war droids against the Sith and, unlike turning off or destroying the turret and droid power generators, you can still destroy them and receive experience (even when they kill each other).

There are a footlocker and a metal box on the top side of the camp, by the drop ship on your left:

Ancient Tomb[edit]

Beyond the Sith Camp by the cliff and drop ship on the right, there's a ramp up to the entrance to an ancient tomb at the top end. The ramp is heavily guarded, and even if you hug the shoreline below you can't sneak past to the droid power generator in the top left corner, by the tomb's bottom left corner, unless Stealth mode is active. Two bomas also roam this area:
