Stage 1[edit]
Once you have inserted your coin into the cabinet (and your car's headlights start flashing), step on the gas pedal to accelerate it, as you come to a blue CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it, you will come to eight yellow CPU-controlled cars (Volkswagen Buggies). Once you have passed them all, you'll come to another blue CPU-controlled car - and once you have passed it, you shall come to three more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed them all, you shall come to a third blue CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it, you will come to a twelfth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you will have to turn to the left, as you come to a fourth blue CPU-controlled car - and once you have passed it, you will come to two more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed them, you will come to a fifth blue CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it, you will come to two more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed them, you shall come to a sixth blue CPU-controlled car - and once you have passed it, you shall have to turn to the left, as you come to two more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed them, a traffic light will appear on the left side of the screen and change from yellow to red as you approach a zebra crossing; once you have reached it, a Japanese policewoman will appear on the screen, as the game proceeds to the second stage. It is the first stage to feature an Emergency Car - so you will have to watch out when it appears.
Stage 2[edit]
Once your car's headlights start flashing again, step on the gas pedal to accelerate it, as you come to a yellow CPU-controlled car; once you've passed it, you will come up to a blue CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you will come to four more yellow CPU-controlled cars - and once you have passed them, you will come to another blue CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you will come to two more yellow CPU-controlled cars; once you have passed them an Emergency Car will drive up into view from the bottom of the screen. Once it has passed you, you will have to turn to the left as you come to a third blue CPU-controlled car - and once you've passed it, you will come to an eighth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you've passed it, you'll come to a fourth blue CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it, you will come to a ninth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you'll come to a fifth blue CPU-controlled car - and once you have passed it, you shall come to two more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed them, you will come to a sixth blue CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it you shall come to five more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed them, you'll pass over a horizontal line in the road as the Katakana text Bōnasu X000 ten (ボーナスX000テン) (X being the number of seconds you have remaining) appears on the screen and the timer is reset back to 60 seconds - and you will then come to a seventeenth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, a hovercyclist will fly into view from the left side of the screen; once you have passed him, you will come to an eighteenth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you've passed it, you'll come to a second hovercyclist - and once you have passed him, you will come to a nineteenth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you shall come to a third hovercyclist; once you have passed him, you shall come to a twentieth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you will come to a seventh blue CPU-controlled car - and, once you have passed it, you will come to a twenty-first yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you shall come to a fourth hovercyclist; once you have passed him, you will come to an eighth blue CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you will come to a fifth hovercyclist - and once you have passed him, you will come to two more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed them you will have to turn to the left as you come to a ninth blue CPU-controlled car; once you've passed it, you shall come to two more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed them, you will come to a sixth hovercyclist - and once you have passed him, you shall come to a tenth blue CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you shall come to a seventh hovercyclist; once you've passed him you shall come to a twenty-sixth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you will come to an eighth hovercyclist - and once you've passed him, you will come to an eleventh blue CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you will come to a twenty-seventh yellow CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it, you will come up to a ninth hovercyclist. Once you have passed him, you will come to a twelfth blue CPU-controlled car - and once you have passed it, a "road narrowing" sign will appear upon the left side of the screen as you come to a twenty-eighth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, the road will narrow as you come to a tenth hovercyclist; once you have passed him, a "school crossing" sign will appear on the left side of the screen as you approach a zebra crossing. Once you have reached it a Japanese policewoman will appear on the screen as the game proceeds to the third stage - and it's the second stage to feature an Emergency Car, so you will have to watch out when it appears.
Stage 3[edit]

Once you have passed him, you will come to another blue CPU-controlled car - and, once you have passed it, you will come to a yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you will come to a third blue CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it, you'll come to two more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed them, you will come to another hovercyclist - and once you have passed him, you will come to four more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed them, you will have to turn to the left as an Emergency Car drives up into view (from the bottom of the screen); once it's passed you, you'll come to three more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed them, you'll come to a fourth blue CPU-controlled car - and once you have passed it, you shall come to a third hovercyclist. Once you have passed him, you'll come to a fifth blue CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it you shall come to four more yellow CPU-controlled cars. Once you have passed it, you shall come to two more yellow CPU-controlled cars; once you have passed them, you will come to a fifth hovercyclist. Once you've passed him, you will come to a ninth blue CPU-controlled car - and once you have passed it, you will come up to a sixth hovercyclist. Once you have passed him, you shall come up to two more yellow CPU-controlled cars; once you have passed them, a "road narrowing" sign will appear on the left side of the screen as you come to a tenth blue CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it you will come to two more yellow CPU-controlled cars - and once you have passed them, the road will narrow, as you come to a seventh hovercyclist. Once he has flown up off the top of the screen (it is impossible to pass this one), a "level crossing" sign will appear on that left side of the screen, as you approach two railway tracks; once you have reached them, a Japanese policewoman will appear upon the screen as the game proceeds onward to the fourth and final stage.
Stage 4[edit]
Once your car's headlights start flashing again, step on the gas pedal to accelerate it, as the road turns magenta and you come to a blue CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it, you shall come up to a hovercyclist. Once you have passed him, you will have to turn to the left as you come to four yellow CPU-controlled cars - and once you have passed them, you will come to another hovercyclist. Once you have passed him, you will come to another blue CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it, you shall come to a fifth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you will come to a third blue CPU-controlled car - and, once you have passed it, you will come to a sixth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you will have to turn to the right as an Emergency Car drives up into view from the bottom of the screen; once it passes you you shall come to a seventh yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you shall come to a fourth blue CPU-controlled car - and once you have passed it you shall come to a fourth hovercyclist. Once you have passed him, you will come to an eighth yellow CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it, you will come to a fifth blue CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you will have to turn to the left, as you come up to a fifth hovercyclist - and once you have passed him, you will come to a sixth blue CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, you shall come to a sixth hovercyclist; once you have passed him, you shall come to a seventh blue CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it you shall come to three more yellow CPU-controlled cars - and once you have passed them, you will come to a seventh hovercyclist. Once you have passed him you will come to an eighth blue CPU-controlled car; once you have passed it, you will come to a twelfth yellow CPU-controlled car. Once you have passed it, your car will stop at the world "GOAL" on the ground as the Katakana text Naisu! Gōru in! Bōnasu XX0000 ten (ナイス! ゴールイン! ボーナスXX000テン) appears on screen (XX is ten greater than the number of seconds you have remaining); the Katakana text Gēmu ōbā (ゲームオーバー), which means "game over", shall then appear on the screen and the game will go back into attract mode.
