Each TAO unit serves a special function within the game, and has a specific number of hit points, armor, attack power, and turns of recovery.

These numbers represent the points that will be taken in an attack. The horizontal silver bar represents the armor each unit has, while the vertical silver bar represents the attack power each unit has. The attacker is listed in the left column, and the defender is listed in the top row. The table can be read as "If a (left column unit) attacks a (top row unit), xx points of damage will be inflicted."
