This is the first stage where you are in control of Takahashi. Since he cannot fly, the battles will remain closer to the ground. Takahashi does not start out as capable a fighter as Bugutte does. Unlike Bugutte, you will want to power-up your weapon to flames as quickly as possible. Before you collect any power-ups, you can only throw one ax at a time, and the first enemy that you encounter, the pink skeletons, take two hits to defeat, so you must press your attack rapidly.
You can fall to your death on this stage, so you must be very careful. Especially around the scene captured in the second picture in the gallery below. You will need to run and jump over this gap. When Takahashi jumps before running, it's hard to get him to move forward very far. The process of capturing eggs and finding password letters is pretty much the same in this stage as it was in the previous stage. However, there is one difficulty concerning this password, which you can read about in the password spoiler below the gallery if you wish.
It should be noted that it is possible to remove stationary obstacles such as rocks and fires without shooting them down. To do this, you should scroll them off the screen just enough to make the disappear, and then return to where they once lay. This technique will remove them and you can safely pass without harm. However, don't attempt to do this if a lot of enemies are around. Sometimes, it's just easier to leap over the obstacles.
When you have collected all of the letters to the password, you will be able to enter the last building. Inside, you must fight a boss. The stage 2 boss has 10 hit points. However, if you are armed with flames, you can destroy him in only five hits. Therefore it is highly recommended that you upgrade your weapon before you enter this battle. The boss will breath fire at Takahashi while jumping. When the boss lands, the ground shakes, and Takahashi will be stunned if he is standing on the ground at that time. Takahashi will die immediately if he touches the body of the boss. The boss is only vulnerable on its head. He will take no damage if you attack the rest of his body. You will earn 100,000 points when you defeat the boss.

TAKAHASI Note that there are two block arrangements which have the combination of H and T. Unless you refer to the arrangement guide below, you will have to guess which letter is correct in either arrangement, since you need at least one H and one T to complete the password.
