Remake[edit]
This game appears to be a remake of the true first game in the series (only released in Japan). This series needs a bit of looking at for getting all the games in order. -- Prod (Talk) 07:05, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
- As far as I know that's correct. In fact, I think it's a remake of a remake of the first game... Of course, it doesn't help that the US name of the 7th game is just Fire Emblem, and that it was the first one released in the US.--~Vizeroth~-- 21:00, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
- If the guides for the two games is very similar, then the guides should be "merged" with their differences noted (preferably by someone who has both games). -- Prod (Talk) 03:46, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
- We don't have a guide for any of the previous versions of this game. As far as I know the only Japanese title mentioned in the category is already linked to the relevant English title. The disambig link on Fire Emblem could be touched up to be a little less confusing, but overall the situation will continue simply because they chose not to subtitle the first US GBA game. I'll take a look at the category and maybe add some info to it tomorrow night if no one gets to it first.--~Vizeroth~-- 04:15, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
- Might be as easy as copying the info from WP:Fire Emblem#Games. As for the series disambig, it should be moved to the "true" first game, and the link on Fire Emblem changed to a simple game disambig. -- Prod (Talk) 05:26, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
