Decompress Tool

I found a tool made by LinkOFF7 on github that allows you to decompress the ARC files in the Steam version of the game.

I don't really have the expertise to look into the code for anything malicious, so use at your own risk.

I'm currently looking into item descriptions and possibly icon files to fill out the wiki, rather than having to find these myself in-game.

To follow up on that:

• Items/skills descriptions can be found in the ARC package named Common. After you extract the files, it is located in ".\Common\Param\Item".
• Additional text can be found in the ARC package named Text.
