This page was created with information from the What EXACTLY is the difference between combat difficulty normal/hard in KOTOR2? reddit post, but most of that information was found to be inaccurate when checked in game against floating numbers and the Combat section of the Journal's Messages Log:

  • Enemy damage was doubled on critical hits on Easy, Normal and Difficult.
  • There were no additional attacks against a character during combat rounds in which that character used a ranged weapon or an item like a medpac on Difficult.
  • A character's minimum damage was not 50% of (maximum) weapon damage on Easy, since a Vibroblade inflicting 1-10 damage inflicted less than 5 on more than one occasion (one of which was 1).
  • An enemy's maximum damage was not 50% of (maximum) weapon damage on Easy, since a Mining Laser inflicting 1-8 damage inflicted more than 2 on more than one occasion (one of which was 8, reduced by 50% on Easy to 4).

Remaining Combat Difficulty information is accurate, but should be moved to the Getting Started and Combat pages at some point. Onderduiker (talk) 23:32, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
