Screenshots[edit]
For consistency of screenshots, use IDeaS emulator, or NO$GBA with GBA Mode set to VGA (poppy bright). If taking a shot of a map, it would be best to not have any notes on it, and to remove the Link icon. You can either pixel edit the Link icon out, or for overworld maps, if you go into a building or a cave then the icon flashes on and off, and if you time it right you can take a shot while the icon is not visible. I'm not sure if there is an equivalent tricks for dungeon maps. Pelago 16:18, 14 April 2008 (CDT)
- You could move Link to another spot and take a second screenshot, then use part of it on the first to cover up the icon. That's what I've done in similar cases. GarrettTalk 19:26, 14 April 2008 (CDT)
Terminology[edit]
It would be good to be consistent on some things: Gossip stones - the boingy statue things. Tablets - the signs that look a bit like gravestones. North, east, south, west - use these instead of up, right, down, left. Pelago 14:57, 26 April 2008 (CDT)
