Famicom vs. NES box art[edit]

It's a small thing, but why is the Famicom box art more correct for this page? There are thousands of Japan-originating games, and almost all of their StrategyWiki pages use the US box art, including NES games from the same era.

Edit: Namely, does that mean Super Mario Bros., Pinball, Metroid, Castlevania, The Legend of Zelda and so on should have their boxes replaced? What about all the games from Japan on other systems?

Technically speaking, the games you listed should in fact have the box art switched to the Japanese version, but it's largely discretionary. In the case of Urban Champion and many of the other Famicom stubs, it had more to do with page balance, and that fact that the Japanese boxes are smaller and don't push the infoboxes down as far. Also, the gallery was not updated to reflect the infobox's switch to the US box, so the JP box was not displayed anywhere. Procyon (Talk) 09:12, 26 October 2007 (CDT)
