Eyeaduct is the Halloween version of Viaduct. Halloween candy, pumpkin bombs and ghosts all return from previous event maps. Gifts return as well, but they give costume pieces instead of Halloween masks. The most notable addition is the new boss MONOCULUS.
MONOCULUS shoots eyeball projectiles which behave similar to critical rockets. When MONOCULUS teleports, he leaves behind a void that transports players to the Underworld. There, every player is restored to full health, and will take periodic damage is they run to the opposite island and through the white portal. If they make it through, the players will receive invulnerability, a crit boost, a speed buff and 200% overheal. Any attacks while in this state will stun MONOCULUS. Killing MONOCULUS results in a large explosion which coats nearby players with Jarate and leaves behind a red portal. Taking this portal takes players to another section of the Underworld, where they must run up to Loot Island and wait as the cage around the Bombinomicon lowers. Grabbing the Bombinomicon grants them an achievement and the Bombinomicon misc. item if they haven't obtained it, as well as giving them the same boost as with the white portal. Any player who stays on Loot Island for too long will get caught in an explosion. Everytime MONOCULUS is defeated and respawns, it fire rate and health increases, making it harder to defeat him.
