Brad[edit]

Brad is the intelligent and quiet brother of Alex. He was invited on the dive trip due to his knowledge of World War II, which has allowed him to deduce the location of the sunken aircraft that the others are anxious to explore. Although his only initial connection to the group is through his brother, Brad's awkward yet friendly demeanor can allow him to build strong relationships with Conrad and Fliss, if the right choices are made. An achievement/trophy can be obtained if Brad's envious trait is unlocked.
Perform all QTEs successfully, particularly in Ritual and Glamor Girl. In Pressure, if Brad is trapped, Fliss must break the hinge on the grate to free him before he can drown. In Junior, Brad must talk Junior down in order to avoid getting shot by him.
Alex[edit]

Alex is the level-headed and confident brother of Brad and boyfriend of Julia. While he shares an adventurous spirit with his girlfriend, he is also intelligent like his brother, making him the most well-rounded of the group. However, he is also far more cautious than Julia, and harbors some insecurities concerning her wealth in relation to himself, as the brothers are implied to come from a more humble background.
Perform all QTEs successfully, particularly in Revenge, Olson, and Matters of the Heart. If Alex is still alive by Matters of the Heart, it will be up to him to save the distributor cap, ensuring the survival of the entire group. He will also have the option to stab himself in this chapter; simply wait out the action sequence at that point to avoid any death.
Julia[edit]

Julia is the adventurous sister of Conrad and girlfriend of Alex. Julia and her brother come from a wealthy family, allowing them to fund the dive that opens the game. Her fortunate upbringing causes her to appear at times to be demanding and overconfident. However, her fondness for Alex is genuine, and her laid-back attitude allows her to easily get along with others (for the most part).
Perform all QTEs successfully, particularly in Revenge. In Ghost Story, avoid drinking the beer offered by Conrad if Julia previously rose from the surface of the water before Alex gave her the okay. In Junior, Julia must talk Junior down in order to avoid getting shot by him.
Conrad[edit]

- Strongest Relationships: Julia, Fliss
- Played by: Shawn Ashmore
Conrad is the relaxed brother of Julia. Conrad and his sister come from a wealthy family, allowing them to fund the dive that opens the game. He has a tendency to crack jokes even if the situation doesn't call for it, and continues to flirt with Fliss even if she refuses to reciprocate. These habits of his may appear amusing to friends and obnoxious to others, but despite his flaws, Conrad can be quite noble when the people he cares about are in peril.
Perform all QTEs successfully, particularly in Intrusion and Glamor Girl. If Alex has died before Matters of the Heart, it will be up to Conrad to save the distributor cap, ensuring the survival of the rest of the group. If Conrad successfully escaped in Intrusion, allow the distributor cap to be destroyed so that Conrad can rescue the other survivors when he returns; otherwise, Conrad will return to an empty ship, where he will be driven insane.
Fliss[edit]

- Played by: Ayisha Issa
Félicité "Fliss" DuBois is the captain of the Duke of Milan, the boat that Conrad and Julia have rented for their dive with Alex and Brad. Fliss shows little patience for the others, especially after discovering their goal of diving into a sunken World War II bomber. Her respect of the rules causes her to butt heads with the reckless divers, as the others begin to see her as bossy. The exceptions are Brad, who seems to respect her, and Conrad, who shows an interest in her as soon as they meet.
Perform all QTEs successfully, particularly in Ritual and Glamor Girl. In Pressure, if Fliss is trapped, Brad must break the hinge of the grate in order to free her, otherwise she'll drown. In Matters of the Heart, Alex (or another character, if he died before the chapter) will have the option to stab Fliss if she appears as Olson after the distributor cap has been saved; let the timer run out in this sequence to avoid any death.
