The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim/Escaped Criminal

This is a simple Companions' quest, given by Skjor or Vilkas. The only requirement is to kill the target criminal.

The criminal created by the quest will move from place to place, as such, using fast travel may cause him to be further away depending on the criminal's movement.

When you find the criminal, you should first attempt to talk in order to provoke an attack (thus negating a chance of a counter-bounty). When combat starts, simply attack the target using whatever means.
