Characters[edit | edit source]
Defense Attorney[edit | edit source]

Ryunosuke Naruhodo
A rookie lawyer who first set up his law office above Herlock Sholmes' detective office two months ago. He now realizes the importance of believing in his clients, though he is still haunted by the case of Magnus McGilded.
Defendant[edit | edit source]

Gina Lestrade
A young pickpocket found at the scene of the crime with the victim and the murder weapon in her hands. Because the room that they were found in was locked from the inside, Gina is the sole suspect in this case.
Victim[edit | edit source]

Pop Windibank
The owner of Windibank's Pawnbrokery on Baker Street. He was found murdered in his shop by a shot in the back.
Prosecution Lawyer[edit | edit source]

Barok van Zieks
The prosecutor in this case, returning to challenge Ryunosuke for a third time. His title as the Reaper of the Bailey makes other lawyers fear him.
Witnesses[edit | edit source]

Nash Skulkin
A man who claims to have witnessed the crime. He is the younger brother of the other witness.

Ringo Skulkin
A man who claims to have witnessed the crime. He is the older brother of the other witness.
Other Characters[edit | edit source]

Susato Mikotoba
Ryunosuke's assistant. She supports him even in the midst of seemingly impossible trials, though a summoning from Stronghart may hamper her abilities in this case.

Herlock Sholmes
A self-proclaimed great detective, Sholmes has assisted Ryunosuke in two cases now. He introduces him to Windibank's Pawnbrokery.

Iris Wilson
A ten year old girl who lives with and acts as the assistant to Herlock Sholmes, who she affectionately refers to as "Hurley." Just like Sholmes, it appears she has a knack for deductions.

"Eggert Benedict"
An oddly-named gentleman who meets Ryunosuke at Windibank's Pawnbrokery. It seems as if he's hiding something.

Tobias Gregson
A Scotland Yard detective who has been appointed to this case. He seems to have a bitter hatred for Herlock Sholmes.

Mael Stronghart
The Lord Chief Justice of London. He allowed Ryunosuke to practice law in Britain after he successfully completed his challenge.

Wagahai
A cat formerly belonging to Soseki Natsume, now taken care of by Iris Wilson. She invented a device that can create a "kitty door" in any door thanks to inspiration from Wagahai.
