Since you now have a warship under your control, Dagran wants to pursue the rest of the Gurak fleet. You'll also have to bring Calista along for the ride. For now, head down to the area outside the captain's room and upgrade equipment as necessary. Then, enter the door at the back of the ship, and head out onto the stern to speak to Calista. After, head up to the top deck, and speak to Dagran. A call from below says that the ship's taking on too much water, and you need to find somewhere to dock. In Seek Mode, look right to the small islands, and the ship will sail to the Vono Islands.
At this moment, Syrenne and Lowell will be out of action for the moment. There will be a surprise to know what happened to them after travelling on a ship.
