To be able to get figurines, you must first talk to Carlov. He's located in the southwest area of Hyrule Town. You need to collect seashells for him, which he will exchange for figurines.

Once you collect all 136 figurines, you will receive the LOZ MC Carlov Medal.PNG Carlov Medal.
