Once Kunoichi and Ninja have reappeared on the screen, begin walking to the right as four knife-wielding teal-uniformed soldiers come running towards you from the right side of the screen; once you've stabbed (or thrown a shuriken at) each of these soldiers to kill them, you will have to walk through the open doorway of Bangler's hideout as two rifle-wielding teal-uniformed soldiers come running towards you from the right side of the screen and fire four shots at you. Once you've crouched down and killed both of these, a mortar-gun-wielding teal-uniformed soldier will come running towards you from the right side of the screen and fire a shot at you - and after you've crouched down and killed him two more rifle-wielding teal-uniformed soldiers shall come running towards you from the right side of the screen and fire four shots at you. Once you have crouched down and killed both of them, another mortar-gun-wielding teal-uniformed soldier shall come running towards you from the right side of the screen and fire off a shot at you; once you have crouched down and killed him a fifth rifle-wielding teal-uniformed soldier will come running towards you from the right side of the screen and fire four shots at you. Once you've crouched down and killed him a fifth knife-wielding teal-uniformed soldier will come running towards you from the right side of the screen - and once you kill him a sixth rifle-wielding teal-uniformed soldier shall come running towards you from the right side of the screen and fire four shots at you. Once you have crouched down and killed him a sixth knife-wielding teal-uniformed soldier will come running towards you from the right side of the screen; once you have killed him, a hunchbacked mutant will drop down to the ground to the rear of you, and you must turn back to the left to fight him.

Once you've stabbed this mutant five times (or thrown five shurikens at him) to kill him (each hit is indicated by him hissing from the Yamaha YM-2610, and his death is also worth five extra shurikens) a laser-gun-equipped security robot will come rolling towards you from the left side of the screen while firing an infinite amount of beams at you, as a purple-suited gangster emerges from behind a pillar on that same side of the screen and fires an infinite amount of shots at you; once you have thrown a shuriken at the gangster from a distance to kill him, you shall have to crouch down and stab the robot five times (or throw five shurikens at it) to disable it for 800 points. You must then turn back to the right as another security robot comes rolling towards you from the right side of the screen while firing an infinite amount of beams at you - and after you crouch down and disable it, a second hunchbacked mutant will drop down to the ground in front of you. Once you stab this second mutant five times (or throw five shurikens at him) to kill him (each hit is, again, indicated by him hissing from the Yamaha YM-2610, and his death is also worth five more extra shurikens), you'll have to walk up a staircase to the hideout's first floor and back to the left past another staircase (as going up this one will render it impossible for you to reach Bangler himself before the timer runs out) as you come to a third security robot that's rolling away from you; after you have crouched down and disabled it, a light-blue-suited, demonic-masked, twin-sword-wielding male ninja will materialise on the right side of the screen, and you will have to turn back to the right to fight him.

Once you have stabbed this ninja four times (or thrown four shurikens that do not get blocked) at him to kill him (his death is also again worth five more extra shurikens), a fourth security robot will roll towards you from the left side of the screen while firing an infinite amount of beams at you; once you've crouched down and disabled it a mace- and grappling-hook-wielding male samurai will walk into view from the left side of the screen and say I kill you! from the Yamaha YM-2610. After you have stabbed this samurai fifteen times (or thrown fifteen shurikens that do not get blocked at him) to kill him (his death is also once again worth five more extra shurikens), you'll have to walk up a third staircase to the hideout's second floor and back to the right, as another light-blue-suited, demonic-masked, twin-sword-wielding male ninja materialises in front of you - and after you stab this second ninja four times (or throw four shurikens that do not get blocked at him) to kill him (his death is also yet again worth five more extra shurikens), a fifth security robot will come rolling towards you from the right side of the screen while firing an infinite amount of shots at you. After you have crouched down and disabled it, you will have to walk up a fourth staircase to the hideout's third floor and back to the left, as you come to a sixth security robot that is rolling away from you; once you crouch down and disable it, another purple-suited gangster will emerge from behind another pillar and fire an infinite amount of shots at you. After you throw a shuriken at him from a distance to kill him, you shall have to walk up a fifth staircase to the hideout's fourth floor and back to the right past a sixth staircase (as going up this one shall again render it impossible for you to reach Bangler before the timer runs out) as as a red-haired, black-suited, Katana-sword-wielding female ninja appears in front of you - and after you've stabbed her five times (or thrown five shurikens that do not get blocked at her) to kill her (each hit is indicated by her shrieking from the Yamaha YM-2610, and her death is also, for the fifth time, worth five more extra shurikens), you'll have to walk to the left up a seventh staircase to the hideout's fifth floor and back to the left, as you come to a seventh security robot that's rolling away from you. After you've crouched down and disabled it, you will have to walk back to the right as another mace- and grappling-hook-wielding male samurai walks into view from the right side of the screen and says I kill you! from the Yamaha YM-2610; once you've stabbed this second samurai fifteen times (or thrown fifteen shurikens which don't get blocked at him) to kill him (him dying is also, for a sixth time, worth five more extra shurikens) an eighth security robot will come rolling towards you from the right side of the screen while firing an infinite amount of beams at you. Once you have crouched down and disabled it, you shall have to walk back to the left down an eighth staircase to the hideout's fourth floor again as a ninth security robot comes rolling towards you from the screen's left side while firing an infinite amount of beams at you - and after you have crouched down and disabled it, you will have to walk back to the right past the bottom of that aforementioned eighth staircase, then walk back to the left down a ninth staircase to the hideout's third floor again as a fire-breathing mutant drops down to that floor from the top of the screen and lands in front of you.

After you've stabbed this mutant five times (or thrown five shurikens at him) to kill him (his death is also, for the seventh time, worth five more additional shurikens) you will have to walk up a tenth staircase to the hideout's fourth floor again, back to the left, and back to the right up an eleventh staircase to the hideout's fifth floor again as three more knife-wielding teal-uniformed soldiers come running towards you from the right side of the screen; once you have killed all of them, a seventh rifle-wielding teal-uniformed soldier will come running towards you from the right side of the screen and fire four shots at you. Once you have crouched down and killed him, a tenth knife-wielding teal-uniformed soldier will come running towards you from the right side of the screen - and once you've killed him, two more rifle-wielding teal-uniformed soldiers will come running towards you from the right side of the screen. Once you crouch down and kill both of these, an eleventh knife-wielding teal-uniformed soldier will come running towards you from the right side of the screen; once you've killed him, a tenth rifle-wielding teal-uniformed soldier will come running towards you from the right side of the screen and fire four shots at you. After you crouch down and kill him, a twelfth knife-wielding teal-uniformed soldier shall come running towards you from the screen's right side - and after you've killed him an eleventh rifle-wielding teal-uniformed soldier shall come running towards you from the right side of the screen and fire four shots at you. After you've crouched down and killed him, a thirteenth knife-wielding teal-uniformed soldier will come running towards you from the right side of the screen; after you have killed him a third mace- and grappling-hook-wielding male samurai will walk into view from the right side of the screen and say I kill you! from the Yamaha YM-2610. Once you've stabbed this third samurai fifteen times (or thrown fifteen shurikens which don't get blocked at him) to kill him (his death is also for an eighth time worth five more additional shurikens), Kunoichi and Ninja will walk through the open doorway to Bangler's outer office on the screen's right side as the lights go off for a second - and once they have come back on again, a fourth mace- and grappling-hook-wielding male samurai shall be standing in front of Kunoichi and Ninja, along with Bangler (who is obviously the game's last boss, but he is not fought yet) himself (Bangler shall also turn to face Kunoichi and Ninja as the samurai says I kill you! to them from the Yamaha YM-2610).

Bangler shall then point at Kunoichi and Ninja as sixteen light-green-uniformed soldiers and two dark-green-uniformed soldiers come running towards them from both sides of the screen (the two dark-green-uniformed ones will also fire shots at them); as you kill them, Bangler will back away from you while firing three shots at you from his handgun, then turn around and run through the open doorway to his inner office on the right side of the screen. You now have to stab the samurai fifteen times (or throw fifteen shurikens that do not get blocked at him) to kill him (his death is also, for a ninth time, worth five more extra shurikens) - and once you have done so, Kunoichi and Ninja will walk through the open doorway to Bangler's inner office as the lights go off for another second. After the lights have come back on for the second time, Bangler shall carry on running away from Kunoichi and Ninja until he is trapped against his inner office's wall, then turn around again as the volume of the song you are hearing from the Yamaha YM-2610 (which was first heard on the first stage) is lowered; he shall then say No damn way! from the Yamaha YM-2610 as he fires three more shots at you from his handgun. Once you've stabbed him (or thrown a shuriken which doesn't get blocked at him) to kill him for 3000 points and end the game, a shot of El Cabar's President shall appear on the left side of the screen as he says Mission accomplished. from the Yamaha YM-2610 - and he shall then push a red button on the console in front of him, as two shots of Kunoichi and Ninja's endoskeletons detonating appear in the centre of the screen and on its right side respectively before the whole screen goes white. You can now sit back and enjoy the game's ending sequence, which shows the exploding hideout crumbling to the ground; the following text shall then scroll up the screen (the spelling mistakes are also accurate, but a male voice speaks a more grammatically correct version from the Yamaha YM-2610 and the shot of the destroyed hideout shall fade to black while the credits are rolling):

A REVORUTION BROKE OUT.
AND EVERYTHING BECAME TO AN END.
THE TROUBLED COUNTRY SEEMED TO BE FINISHED
BY THE DEATH OF THE WICKED MACHINES.

BUT THE PEACE DID NOT CAME.

BECAUSE NINJA WARRIORS,

After the credits have finished, the text "GAME OVER" will appear on the screen and the game will go into high-score mode; your scores will most likely be the two highest ones on the cabinet to date, so you should enter your initials at the top of the table with pride regardless of which way around they're positioned (a robotic voice shall also announce each character from the Yamaha YM-2610 when you enter it, and all three after you enter the third one). After you have done so, the game shall go back into attract mode - but the Ninja Warriors shall return in The Ninja Warriors Again on the SNES in 1994, which sees them joined by a new black-suited Warrior named Kamaitachi (however, unlike this game, it does not let two players play it simultaneously).
