Ki and Gil will enter this room through the door at the top-left of it. It contains six Purple Vampires, six Orange Vampires, and two Green Vampires.
The first key at the bottom of the room opens up the aforementioned door at the top-left of the room, and the second key at the bottom of the room opens up the door at the top-right of the room. The door at the top-left of the room is the second in game that leads back to previously visited room.
The aforementioned door at the top-left of the room leads back to Druaga's Grave (Room Pass: QC9), and the door at the top-right of the room leads to Slave Pen (Room Pass: 939). You should remember the second of these Room Passes, as the first one won't be of much use to you by this point.
