Ki and Gil will enter the left section through the sole door at the bottom-right of the left section (if they came from Dormitory), which contains three "Blue" Ropers (which are yellow and take 254 hits to kill). There is no key for the aforementioned sole door at bottom-right of the left section, so like Holy of Holies, it is physically impossible to escape from it.
The right section is entered through that sole door at the bottom-left of it (if coming from Quox's Labyrinth) - which also contains three "Blue" Ropers.
There is also no key for the aforementioned sole door at the bottom-left of the right section - so it is yet again physically impossible to escape from it.
