Ki and Gil will enter this room through the door at its top-left. It contains eight Purple Vampires and four Purple Bats (which take four hits to kill).
The key at the top-centre-left of the room opens the door at the bottom-right of the room (which has a "DON'T ENTER BE GONE" sign to its right), the key at the top-centre-right of the room opens the door at bottom-left of the room, the key at the bottom-centre-left of the room opens the door at the top-right of the room, and the door at the bottom-centre-right of the room opens that previously mentioned door at the top-left of the room.
The door at the bottom-right of the room (which, as mentioned above, has a "DON'T ENTER BE GONE" sign to its right), leads to Locked Room (Room Pass: 7FY), the door at the bottom-left of the room leads to Food Storage (Room Pass: YF9), the door at the top-right of the room lead to Shunned Cavern (Room Pass: SVY), and the aforementioned door at the top-left of the room leads back to Top of the Tower (Room Pass: 2C9).
