Ki and Gil enter this room through the door up at the top-right of it. It contains four Purple Vampires, four Orange Vampires and four Green Vampires.
The key at the bottom-left of the room opens the door at the bottom of the room, and the key at the bottom-right of the room opens the door at the top-left of the room. There is no key for that aforementioned door at the top-right of the room, and this is the first room in game where you can't go back.
The door at the bottom of the room, like the one at the top of Food Storage, leads to Spoils Room (Room Pass: 9C2), while the door at the top-left of the room leads to Large Hall (Room Pass: DV7). You should remember both of these Room Passes, as they will be of use to you later in the game...
