There are four types of massages your Sim can receive from the massage table, depending on where it's located. The Swedish Massage will always be available wherever your Sim is, but the other three massages are exclusive to their destination. The following massages are available in these type of destinations:

• Acupressure - Far East
• Hot Stones - Island
• Deep Tissue - Mountain

Not only can Sims receive a massage for Energy, Social, Fun and Comfort at the cost of §100, they can also learn a massage at an additional §500. Learning one of the three special destination massages earns your Sim a Vacation Memento, as well as the ability to perform the massage on other Sims. Only Young Adult or older Sims can receive, learn and perform massages.

Teens and older Sims can use the sauna (except for pregnant Sims) for Comfort, as well as Social, if more than one Sim is using it at a time. Low Body skill Sims may pass out when they leave. The sauna is also a place for your adult Sims to WooHoo/Try for Baby (it's considered a private WooHoo instead of a public one). When you place a sauna, the walls around it will be built automatically, but you must place the wall coverings.
