Andromeda Arms is a bonus location you can visit in Story Mode. Unlock it by completing XHT-F Smith's Gold Wants in Sunset Canyon.

Sims

The inhabitants are John and his wife Mary Gray. All John has ever wanted is to be accepted by human society and he feels he has just achieved that. He wants to purchase more objects to make his home look more human-like.

Goals

There are Gold wants here to fulfill, but unlike other locations, completing these wants won't unlock anything. Although, it will count towards your progress for 'Sims Helped' if you want to 100% complete the game.

Buy a Blender	Gold	+100	Purchasing the right objects can improve the life of any Sim.	Open the menu and go to the Buy Catalog. Look under the Appliances tab and purchase either the LiquiTonic Blender or the Multiquick Blender.
Buy a Painting	Gold	+100	Purchasing the right objects can improve the life of any Sim.	Open the menu and go to the Buy Catalog. Look under the Decorative tab and purchase any painting.
Buy a Fire Extinguisher	Gold	+100	Purchasing the right objects can improve the life of any Sim.	Open the menu and go to the Buy Catalog. Look under the Appliances tab and purchase the Snuffit Fire Destroyer. Make sure you have 1,300 Aspiration points to unlock it!
Buy an Arcade Game	Gold	+100	Purchasing the right objects can improve the life of any Sim.	Open the menu and go to the Buy Catalog. Look under the Electronics tab and purchase any arcade game.
Buy a Metal Detector	Gold	+100	Purchasing the right objects can improve the life of any Sim.	Open the menu and go to the Buy Catalog. Look under the Electronics tab and purchase the Madcap Miner Metal Detector. Make sure you have 12,000 Aspiration points to unlock it!
Find a bottlecap with the Metal Detector	Gold	+200	Unknown riches lay buried beneath the ground. Some Sims will collect anything.	Go up to the Metal Detector and select 'Grab Detector' Walk around with it and notice the colored ring. Blue means nothing is there, light blue means you are close, but white means you hit the jackpot! Select 'More...' and choose 'Dig' once you see white and hear the buzzing become more rapid. Keep trying until a bottlecap is found.
Buy a Television worth at least §400	Gold	+150	Don't deny a Sim the finer things in life.	Open the menu and go to the Buy Catalog. Look under the Electronics tab and purchase any television worth at least §400.
Buy Ingredient Source	Gold	+100	Purchasing the right objects can improve the life of any Sim.	Open the menu and go to the Buy Catalog. Look under the Miscellaneous tab and purchase the "Frood" Tree or any ingredient source of your choice.
Buy a Decorative Plant	Gold	+100	Purchasing the right objects can improve the life of any Sim.	Open the menu and go to the Buy Catalog. Look under the Decorative tab and purchase any plant.
Buy an Espresso Machine	Gold	+100	Open the menu and go to the Buy Catalog.	Look under the Appliances tab and purchase the !!!!Espresso.it.supremo!!!!.
Buy a Painting worth at least §1,000	Gold	+100	Purchasing the right objects can improve the life of any Sim.	Open the menu and go to the Buy Catalog. Look under the Decorative tab and purchase any painting worth at least §1,000.
Buy the kitchen sink	Gold	+100	Now that John has everything but the kitchen sink, there is only one thing left to buy...	Open the menu and go to the Buy Catalog. Look under the Appliances tab and purchase any sink.
