Through the Dragon's Eye challenge 6 intro.png

At the start of this challenge, all four characters shall appear on the screen with their two Veetons as Gorwen says "We are safe on the other side of the mountain and we have two Veetons."; once you've pressed Space to continue, he will say "There is a map behind the waterfall.", and once you have pressed Space again, he'll say "You must help write some poetry before we can have it.". Once you have pressed Space for a third time, Gorwen will ask you, "Which one will you help?" with two options (Boris and himself) below it - and the one you choose determines the poem you have to finish.

Boris's poem[edit]

If you choose to help Boris, the following poem will appear at the top of the screen as he says "The waterfall wants you to finish this poem. Use SPACE and RETURN to choose the right words from the list."; once you've pressed Space to continue four red question marks shall appear in the first blank space as sixteen words appear below the poem (fat, thin, soft, fierce, green, dim, paws, tail, teeth, feet, give, sell, cage, kitten, dragon & Widget), and once you have selected soft, the word will appear in the space (coloured red) as Boris says "Good. Now try the next line.". Once you have pressed Space to continue four more red question marks will appear in the second blank space - and once you have selected feet, Boris will say "Good. Two lines finished.". Once you've pressed Space again, four more red question marks will appear in the third blank space; once you have selected cage, Boris will say "Well done. Three lines done. Try the last one now.". Once you have pressed Space for a third time, four more red question marks will appear in the fourth blank space - and once you've selected dragon Boris will say "Good! Read the poem out loud.". Once you have pressed Space for a fourth time, Boris will say "Now find out what you have to do next."; once you've pressed Space for a fifth time, the poem will get returned to its original blank-space state and Boris will say "You've done well so far. Now choose any words from the list to make a silly poem.". Once you've pushed Space for a sixth time you'll have to select any word except for the "usual" ones to refill each blank space (if you try the "usual" ones in their normal places, Boris will say "That's not silly. Try again." and you will have to press Space to retry) - and once you have done this four times, Boris will say "Good. That was a really silly poem. The waterfall liked that. You can have the map now.". Once you have pushed Space the game will proceed to the seventh challenge; however, at the start of it, two of the Widgets (Nod and Oz) shall steal the map by fishing it out of the waterfall after all you did.

Gorwen's poem[edit]

However, if you choose to help Gorwen, this poem will appear at the top of the screen instead (Gorwen's dialogue in this challenge is identical to Boris's, except for what he says each time you select a correct word); also, only thirteen words will appear under the poem (dark, sunshine, snow, class, road, train, way, blows, dances, howls, jumper's, mind's and arm's), and the correct ones are snow, way, howls, and mind's respectively (after selecting the second, third, and fourth ones, Gorwen shall say "That was easy wasn't it?", "You're a poet!" and "Excellent! Read the poem out loud." respectively). Once the poem has been returned to its original state, Gorwen will also add the words "you like" to his silly-poem dialogue, and you'll have to select any word except the "usual" ones to refill each blank space - and once you've done so, you will have to press Space to proceed to the seventh challenge.
