Hiromu Sakurada (桜田 ヒロム,Sakurada Hiromu?) is the leader of the Go-Busters, Red Buster. His father trapped the computer virus "Messiah" in cyberspace during the Enetron incident 13 years prior to the start of the game. His Buddy Roid is Cheedah Nick.
Yoko Usami (宇佐見 ヨーコ,Usami Yoko?) is the female member of the Go-Busters, Yellow Buster. Her mother was part of the Enetron incident, being trapped in cyberspace with countless other scientists. Her Buddy Roid is Usada Lettuce.
Ryuji Iwasaki (岩崎 リュウジ,Iwasaki Ryuuji?) is the oldest of the Go-Busters, Blue Buster. While he did not have any ties to the scientists involved in the Enetron incident, he did visit the building with a friend. His Buddy Roid is Gorisaki Banana.
Masato Jin (陣 マサト,Jin Masato?) is the digital member of the Go-Busters, Beet Buster. He was caught in the Enetron incident 13 years ago, which gave him the ability to return to the human world as an avatar. Ryuji is one of Masato's friends. His Buddy Roid, Beet J Stag, can turn into Stag Buster.
