This mission has a significant number of rooftop snipers.

Assist Loyalist Forces[edit]

A few enemies will be in the path to a team of loyalists who are under heavy fire. When you approach, you will attack the loyalists from behind, giving the advantage for you and your team.

When you eliminate the group surrounding the building, you will receive a report of additional forces. These rebels aren't as numerous as the first group, but have a vehicle with a machinegun mount.

Reach Allied reinforcements[edit]

Reach the allied reinforcements near the cemetery.

After you reach them and take out the incoming convoy, a Mule is dropped to allow resupply. There is also an incoming tank, which can be destroyed with the ZEUS-MPAR. Note that you will have to wait for it to approach, since it is outside the mission area.

Establish contact[edit]

Head to the trainyard. This region has a large number of snipers located on rooftops, which are visible from the satellite map when you get close.

The first sniper nest is to the east of your position. It is heavily fortified by several rebels:

  • Two snipers are on the western roof of the square.
  • One sniper is in the south-east corner.
  • Two soldiers approach the region from the east, and take cover in the southern half of the square. (You can intercept these as they approach.)
  • A single soldier with a machine gun is in the far north of the square. This covers the whole street down.
  • A sniper is laying on a building about one block south. He can be slain from the nearby alley.
  • If you try sneaking around to the south, there will be two soldiers that will intercept you.

In the parking lot in front of the red building, enemies are deployed when you make the approach. You only see them on the satellite map when you see the lot, and their positions are semi-random. However, there are two machine gun emplacements.

When you reach the building in front of the trainyard, you are informed that the rebels are in a firefight with loyalists. Unlike the first siege, some rebels will notice your approach and attack if you aren't careful.

The first known enemy is a soldier to the right of the trainyard exit. Another is a sniper to the far left just after the last set of trains before the station.

Once the soldiers attacking the loyalists are defeated, the transport will arrive to pick you up. You will be transported to collect a journalist with inside information.
