Episode 1-1: Standard Procedure[edit]
Overview: Lacerations and foreign objects in upper right brachium.
Requires removal of the foreign objects and suturing of any wounds.

Objectives
- Suture any lacerations
- Extract fragments of glass from under the patient's skin
This is the tutorial mission. You will learn how to suture wounds, remove foreign objects with the forceps, and when to use antibiotic gel. Nurse Mary will be instructing you on what to do. She will first have you suture the two lacerations on the patient's chest. Next you will have to remove the glass lodged in his chest. Switch to your forceps and grab one of the glass pieces. Be mindful of the direction, make sure you pull it out all the way and be sure not to knick the patient while pulling it out. Put the glass in the tray provided. Once you do this, use the antibiotic gel to remove the small wounds.
Nurse Mary will inform you of some foreign objects lodged in the arm. You will need to open up the patient's arm. First use antibiotic gel on the dotted line until it turn's a bluish color, then use your scapel to cut along the line. It's ok if you are not perfectly on the line, just don't stray too far from it or else you will cut the patient and get a mistake. Here you will find three more glass pieces. Remove them with the forceps and then treat the wounds with antibiotic gel. Once you do this it is time to close up the patient. Begin by suturing the place where you opened the patient. You will then have to sterilize the wound by using antibiotic gel, it is not required that you do this but it will count as a mistake if you do not treat the cut. You will know the cut is treated once all of the infection is removed. Click on the bandage on the left side of the screen and place the bandage over your cut. The operation is over.
Hard Tips
There isn't anything to worry about here. It's very hard to fail this mission, unless you are purposely cutting up the patient of course.
Episode 1-2: Learning the Ropes[edit]
Overview: Tumor confirmed at the surface of the stomach. It should be
removed before it becomes malignant.

Objectives
- Excise and remove the tumor in the patient's distol stomach
Your first tumor. Remember how to do this because you will be dealing with tumors similar to this throughout the game. Nurse Mary will walk you through this operation as well. Open him up like you did in the previous episode (Gel the area then use the scapel). Welcome to the stomach, Mary informs you there is a tumor here. Mary will tell you to inject stabilizer into the patient to raise his vitals. Select the syringe and grab some of the green liquid, then inject it into the patient. Now it's time to remove the tumor. You will remove the tumor by using the Powell Method. First use ultrasound to find the tumor. Once you find it you should see a dotted line showing you where to cut, be quick though, you only have about 2-3 seconds to cut it. If the tumor disappears don't worry, just use ultrasound again. Once you cut open the tumor use the drain to remove the fluid. A dotted line will appear around the tumor where you will cut with the scapel. Once you cut out the tumor excise it with the forceps and put the tumor in the tray. Next, you will need to put a synthetic membrane on where the tumor was. Drag it over with the forceps and drop it in place, seal it by applying antibiotic gel. Close up the patient and you're done.
Hard Tips
Not much here to worry about either. You may have to inject some more stabilizer if you take too long.
Episode 1-3: A Farewell[edit]
Overview: Multiple tumors confirmed in the pancreas. They may lead to a
loss of stamina, so immediate removal is highly recommended.

Episode 1-5: Singing the Blues[edit]
Overview: Polyp clusters confirmed in the trachea. Due to internal
hemorrhaging, a hemostatic laser procedure is necessary.

- Drain the overflowing blood
- Locate the source of the patient's distress
- Use the laser to remove it
Episode 1-6: A Real Doctor[edit]
Overview: Multiple tumors confirmed in the small intestine, resulting in
several other inflammations. Immediate removal is required.
Time Limit: 5:00
Objectives
- Treat the inflamed epithelium in his small intestine
- Excise and remove all tumors in the area
Episode 1-8: Life or Death[edit]
Overview: Patient suffered cardiac arrest as a result of a car accident.
Multiple lacerations of the epithelium in the abdomen.
Time Limit: 5:00
