The following guide will show you the objectives and some strategies to complete all the episodes in Trauma Center: Second Opinion. Separate strategies are also available for the Hard difficulty. There will be no spoilers in this guide.
Difficulties[edit]
As you increase the difficulty from Easy to Normal to Hard, the following things will happen:
- Stabilizer recovers less to vitals
- S Rank requirements are harder
- XS Rank is available (Hard mode only)
- Untreated wounds drop vitals faster
- Some strains of GUILT have more enemies
- Healing Touch has a lower duration
- Mistakes deal more damage to vitals
- Injecting liquids with the syringe takes more time
