Trinity Trigger is an action RPG that was released on September 9, 2022 in Japan for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. It was localized by XSEED Games for the same systems and was also released on Windows in North America on April 25, 2023. In Europe, it was released on May 16, 2023. The game features gameplay that is similar to the Seiken Densetsu series. Players can switch control between one of three characters, change weapons using the weapon ring, and use items in the item ring. Up to three players can play local co-op.
