Undertale is an RPG that uses a top-down perspective. In it, the player controls a child and completes objectives to progress in the story. They explore an underground world filled with cities and caves, and are forced to solve several puzzles on his journey. The underworld is home to monsters, many of which defy the human in combat; the player decides whether to kill, flee or befriend them.
