Drafts[edit]
Feel free to put draft-like info on pages. As long as a contribution is written/formatted well and, if necessary, you make it known that the section is incomplete (e.g. we use {{sect-stub}} at the beginning of a section) there's no problem with directly formatting a page. This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users.
